Meet the Good Apples behind the games.

Hi! Weā€™re Neal and Aubrea, the husband-and-wife duo behind Good Apple Games. We live in Southern Utah with our four kids, who keep us on our toes and are often our first playtesters. We love the outdoors, board games (of course), and pineapple...even on pizza!
We've always loved board games but in 2018 we played SushiGo for the first time and we fell in LOVEĀ with the hobby. By 2022, we decided to start designing our own games, and weā€™ve been dreaming up ideas ever since.
For us, board games arenā€™t just about competition; theyā€™re about connection!
WHY BOARD GAMES?
As a family of 6, we firmly believe that humanity will be better off if we put away screens and pull out games to connect with each other.
There is nothing like gathering friends and loved ones and playing, strategizing, and laughing around a table and creating memories.
WHY DO I TEACH?
My artistic ability is what helped me to dig deep and discover who I am inside. I can’t imagine where I would be without this medium.
As I looked at the people in my life struggling to find themselves, I realized that my creativity could inspire others to look inside and discover what makes them truly happy too.
Everyone has an artist inside. Some of us just need a little more help bringing that inner artist to life. To me, watching others create something they never thought possible is the best feeling in the world.

There is only one you, and art is a great way to uncover and express who you really want to be deep down.
I believe my paintings not only make the world a better place, but they also shape the people who experience them in beautiful ways. I love that I am able to take it a step further and help other artists find satisfaction in creating their own masterpieces.
I have never considered myself an artistic person, but after 3 courses, I have gotten out of my own head and created several pieces I’m proud to display.
